What to include

  • The service type: Discord bot, email, game hosting, or account
  • Server name or affected domain
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • The exact error text with secrets removed
  • The last change you made before the problem started

Before opening a ticket

  2. 2Check the service status page for an active incident.
  3. 3For Discord bot problems, check the Hydrodactyl console first.
  4. 4For DNS problems, confirm the public records match the dashboard.
  5. 5If the problem remains, contact support with the details above.
Never send credentials

Support does not need your Discord token, mailbox password, API key, session cookie, or SFTP password to investigate a normal hosting issue.
