Mailbox limits
The base Free plan is configured for 5 mailboxes and 2 domains. Plus is configured for 50 mailboxes and 10 domains. The one-time Unlimited plan currently adds 5 additional email addresses per domain and 2 additional email domains to the eligible account.
Storage
The Free plan has 25 GB total configured mailbox storage and a 5 GB default quota per mailbox. Plus has 50 GB total configured storage and can allow mailbox quotas up to 50 GB as long as the account's total assigned quota stays within its storage allowance.
Password changes
Mailbox password changes are done from the X Systems email dashboard and require the account security checks configured for sensitive actions. Use at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol.
Deleting a mailbox removes it from the mail provider and the X Systems account record. Download or migrate mail you need to keep before deleting the mailbox.
