Manual time with normal credits
The cost is the server's current daily cost multiplied by the number of days you choose. If the server has upgrades, the upgraded daily cost is used.
- 1Open the server in the X Systems dashboard.
- 2Find the add-time or runtime section.
- 3Choose 1, 2, or 3 days.
- 4Confirm the credit cost shown for that server.
- 5Submit the purchase. The runtime is extended for that server.
What happens when time reaches zero
For credit-based bot and web servers, the runtime system can suspend the panel server when no paid runtime remains. Your files are not the same thing as runtime: expiry stops the service, while deleting a server is a separate action.
Add runtime from the X Systems dashboard. The backend will try to resume the panel server after valid runtime is available. If the panel cannot resume immediately, the remaining runtime is frozen until the panel server can be resumed so paid time is not intentionally burned while it is unavailable.
Auto-renew
Auto-renew is an Unlimited Credits feature. When enabled on an eligible bot or web server, the backend extends runtime automatically as the server approaches expiry. If Unlimited is removed or expires, stale auto-renew flags are disabled.
- Normal credits: add time manually
- Unlimited active: auto-renew can be enabled
- Free zero-cost bot server: normal auto-renew is unnecessary
