What Unlimited+ adds
Unlimited+ users can manage node and runtime changes directly from the Discord bot server management page.
- Change server node: move the server to another node that is currently available to your account.
- Change runtime: switch between supported bot runtimes, including Node.js and Python, without deleting and recreating the server.
Change the server node
- 1Open Dashboard → Discord Bot Hosting.
- 2Open the server you want to manage.
- 3Choose the node-change option on the server management page.
- 4Select one of the available nodes shown for your account.
- 5Confirm the change and allow the server management page to complete the move.
Available nodes only
The selector only offers nodes that are currently available and that your account is allowed to use.
Change the runtime
- 1Open the Discord bot server management page.
- 2Choose the runtime-change option.
- 3Select the supported runtime you want to use, such as Node.js or Python.
- 4Confirm the change.
- 5Review your startup file, dependencies, and environment values before starting the application again.
Your application still has to match the runtime
Changing the runtime avoids recreating the server, but your project files, dependency files, startup entry point, and packages still need to be valid for the runtime you select.
Who can use these controls
These node and runtime controls are included with Unlimited+. If the options are not shown, confirm that Unlimited+ is active on the account and that the server is eligible for the requested change.
